By using PoliLooper, you agree to these terms. The app is made by Mateusz Kaczmarczyk for Skrecz Poligon, it's free and provided "as is". You can listen to the beats that ship with the app and add your own beats from your phone — those private uploads stay on your device. If you want your beats included in a public release of the app, you can submit them for inclusion; in that case you keep your rights but give us permission to host and play them in the app.
PoliLooper is a mobile music app where you can listen to beats and upload your own tracks and cover art. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also stop offering the app at any point — if that happens, your right to use it ends.
You can manually add your own beats to PoliLooper from your phone. Those files stay on your device and are visible only to you — we don't host them, we don't see them, and no other user of the app can hear them. Use this however you like; it's your private library.
The public beats and beat packs that ship inside PoliLooper are added only by the app owner. If you'd like your work included in a future release, you can submit it to us by email. Here's the deal for submitted content:
The other beats and art you'll find in the app belong to their authors, not to us. Don't rip, redistribute, or use them outside the app without the author's permission.
If you believe something in the app infringes your copyright, email looper.app.contact@gmail.com with: a description of the work, where it's located in the app, your contact info, and a statement that you're the rights holder (or authorized to act for them). We'll review and act in a reasonable time.
Keep your phone reasonably secure. We can't help if the app misbehaves on a jailbroken or rooted device. Some features need an internet connection — mobile data and roaming charges are between you and your carrier. And we can't fix a dead battery.
PoliLooper relies on services that have their own terms:
We do our best to keep PoliLooper running well, but we can't promise it'll always be available, bug-free, or compatible with every device or OS version. We're not liable for any losses that come from relying solely on the app.
We may push updates to the app. To keep using it, you may need to install them. Operating systems change, and older versions may stop working over time.
The PoliLooper app itself, the Skrecz Poligon brand, and our trademarks are ours. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or rebuild the app without permission.
We may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
