Privacy Policy
The Short Version
PoliLooper is a free mobile music app made by Mateusz Kaczmarczyk for Skrecz Poligon. There's no login and we never ask you for personal details. The data that does flow through the app is collected automatically by the third-party tools we use to run it (Google Firebase, Cloudflare). This page explains exactly what that means.
What We Don't Ask For
No accounts, no signup, no login. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. You can use PoliLooper anonymously.
What's Collected Automatically
We use standard tools to run the app and serve ads. Each one collects some data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, InAppNotifications, Database) — your IP address, device model, OS version, app language, and which screens you open. Helps us spot bugs and understand which features people use.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of our servers; its access logs include your IP address.
We only see aggregated, anonymized stats — not individual user activity. We don't get more than what these services show us.
Each provider has its own privacy policy: Google, Firebase, Cloudflare.
Beats You Add Yourself
You can manually add your own beats to PoliLooper from your phone. These files stay on your device and are visible only to you. We don't upload them to our servers, we don't see them, and no other user of the app can hear them. They're yours, kept locally.
Beat Packs Submitted for Inclusion
The public beats and beat packs that ship inside the app are added only by the app owner. If you'd like your work included in a public release, you can submit it to us by email. If we accept it:
- Your files are uploaded to Cloud Storage and become visible and playable to all users of the app.
- The author name, track title, and BPM you provide are shown alongside the beat.
- You keep all rights to your content — see our Terms of Use for the licensing details.
- If you later want your submitted content removed, email us (see Contact below).
Children
PoliLooper is not specifically directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from kids under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child has uploaded something or you want their data removed, email us and we'll handle it.
Removing Your Data
Since there's no account, there's nothing to "delete". If you uploaded a track or cover and want it gone, email looper.app.contact@gmail.com describing what to remove. We'll respond in a reasonable time.
To stop all data collection by the app, simply uninstall it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
